The first festival of its kind on the island
DOG FEST Cyprus aims to be more than just a trade fair for dog food and accessories. Organizers aim to create a meeting place for dog owners, animal organizations, and professionals involved in dog treatment, grooming, and training.
The Cyprus State Fair will host food and accessory manufacturers, pet shops, groomers, trainers, and veterinarians. Visitors will be able to discover new products, receive samples, and participate in competitions and promotional activities.
One of the main parts of the event will be Action ArenaThis is where agility demonstrations, training presentations, and other activities involving dogs are planned.
On Main Stage specialists will talk about, among other things, health, proper nutrition, care and upbringing of animals.

Adoption and Responsible Care Zone
A separate part of the festival will be Adopt & Love – a space dedicated to dog adoption and responsible animal care.
Animal welfare organizations will be able to introduce their beneficiaries and explain the adoption process. One of the main goals of the first DOG FEST is to promote animal welfare and informed decisions about adopting a dog.
The festival was also prepared with families with children in mind. Paws & Play Zone Creative activities, games, face painting and a photo booth are planned.
Outside the hall there will be a Food & Drinks Village with food, desserts, coffee, drinks and music.
You can bring your own dog
Organizers welcome visitors to bring their dogs. Pets do not require a separate ticket and enter the event grounds free of charge.
However, owners must adhere to safety regulations. The dog must be kept on a secure leash and under the owner's control at all times. The leash may only be removed during classes and activities where the rules specifically permit it.
Organizers advise against bringing sick, anxious, or anxious dogs or those that react poorly to noise, crowds, children, or the close proximity of other animals. Participating in such an event should be enjoyable for the dog, not just its owner.
It's worth knowing
The owner is responsible for their dog's behavior and cleaning up after it. Water stations and waste containers must be available on-site. It's recommended to bring your own bowl, bags, and anything else that helps your pet function calmly in a crowded environment.
How much does DOG FEST Cyprus cost?
An adult ticket costs 5 euro. Children up to 12 years of age enter for free, just like dogs brought by their owners.
Each ticket includes a €5 voucher. This voucher can be used towards online purchases at Pet Food Cyprus worth at least €25. The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set by the promotion organizer.
Tickets are available through the More platform. Before traveling, it's worth checking current availability and any additional announcements from the organizers.
Weekend for dog owners
The first edition of DOG FEST Cyprus will combine a trade fair, shows, education, adoption, and a family festival. It will be an opportunity for dog owners not only to shop but also to talk to experts and spend the day with their pets.
However, you should carefully assess whether your dog will tolerate crowds, noise, and the presence of many other animals. Not every dog will be comfortable at a large event held partially indoors.
Other announcements of events taking place on the island are published in the section Events.
