Marek Kaliszuk has chosen Cyprus again. He's been coming back for years.
Marek Kaliszuk is once again spending part of the summer in Cyprus. At the end of July, the actor and singer officially confirmed his stay and revealed that the island has been one of his favorite destinations for several years. Throughout August, he regularly posted photos from his trip.
This isn't Kaliszuk's first encounter with Cyprus, however. The artist has visited the island before, and in 2023, he performed here twice – during the Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in Paphos and a few months later at a concert with Katarzyna Skrzynecka.

Cyprus has been one of his favorite places for several years.
Kaliszuk began this year's vacation at the end of July. Shortly afterward, he wrote to his followers directly that Cyprus has been his favorite island for several years.
Over the following days, he showed various parts of the island. Footage from Paphos, the Karpas Peninsula, and other locations in the northern, occupied part of the island appeared. He didn't limit himself to a typical seaside getaway—he explored some of the locations while running.
In one of the summaries of his stay, he mentioned, among other things, the hot sun, swimming in the warm sea, the views, local vegetables and halloumi.

However, Marek Kaliszuk's connection with Cyprus also has a musical history.
In January 2023, he was one of the guests at the 31st Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), held in Paphos. His guest appearances included Joanna Moro, Dorota Gardias, Patryk Cebulski, and Jakub Zdrójkowski, among others. The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity itself also announced Kaliszuk's presence.
For the island's residents, it was an opportunity to see the actor also in his second professional role – as a singer.
A few months later he returned with Katarzyna Skrzynecka
The next performance wasn't long in coming. On July 5, 2023, Marek Kaliszuk returned to Paphos, this time with Katarzyna Skrzynecka.
The concert was organized by the Polish Community in Cyprus. The artists performed on a beach in the Paphos area, and the event was combined with a summer party for the Polish community.
Kaliszuk also returned to the island later. In May 2024, he published materials from, among other places, Bellapais in the northern, occupied part of Cyprus. This year's trip is therefore another of his visits, not his first vacation exploring the island.
This time, he's mainly traveling
In the summer of 2026, the artist will showcase Cyprus primarily from a travel perspective. His profiles feature beaches, the sea, sunsets, historical sites, and the island's less obvious corners.
On August 16th and 17th, he published further materials from his stay. Everything indicates that this year's vacation was not a short getaway, but a multi-week journey through various parts of Cyprus.
For Kaliszuk, it's also a return to a place he knows more than just from vacations. Over the past few years, Cyprus has been both a personal travel destination and a meeting place for the Polish audience living there.
